Work Visas

The Work Visa, previously named the Tier 2 (General) visa, is a points-based route to work and growth in the UK.

Applying for a Sponsor LicenCe

UK employers are required to obtain a sponsor licence to recruit both EU and non-EU workers.

Having a sponsor licence provides businesses with the ability to assign Certificates of Sponsorship to overseas citizens, for them to acquire permission to work in the UK.

Global Talent Visa

The Global Talent visa replaced the Tier 1 (Exceptional Talent) visa in 2020.

This visa category is designed for exceptionally talented and promising individuals in the fields of digital technology, science, engineering, humanities, medicine and arts and culture.
