We specialise in Tech Nation Global Talent Visas, innovators, Skilled Worker sponsorship and Brexit-related immigration for Europeans. We also help with family-related immigration for relatives of British or European residents and with applications for British citizenship.

We have acted for a wide range of clients in the tech sector, from entrepreneurs striking out on their own for the first time, to VC-backed scale-ups with ambitious plans for rapid growth. Tech Nation visa applications are a particular focus and we are lucky to have acted for many successful applicants in both this and the arts streams of the Global Talent Visa.

We have many years’ experience in Skilled Worker sponsorship applications and in successfully resolving post-licensing complications.

Corporate Social Responsibility

We are committed to supporting our local community, regularly taking part in charitable and pro bono projects.

We regularly take part in events held by the London Legal Support Trust. In 2023, we walked the Thames with the London Legal Support Trust, which raised over £13,000 to support frontline free legal advice services, helping vulnerable people in vital need. We were proud to provide fee legal advice to those fleeing the invasion of Ukraine, as part of the Ukraine Advice Project. We are determined to use our experience and expertise through pro bono work on an ad hoc basis, particularly for the benefit of victims of domestic abuse.
