Moji is a specialist immigration lawyer with extensive experience advising clients across the range of business immigration matters including sponsor licence applications, work visas, sponsorship compliance, right to work compliance and UKVI audits. She also advises on the immigration implications of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, TUPE transfers and complex restructures. Her practice also extends to assisting private clients across the range of immigration application types including indefinite leave to remain, long residence, partner visas and nationality applications.

With immigration law being a constantly evolving area, Moji is regularly called upon to provide updates and training to clients including facilitating bespoke workshops for HR and recruitment teams.

Moji’s immigration experience spans over two decades gained within leading immigration and corporate City practices Kingsley Napley, Magrath and Travers Smith. She has been consistently identified as key contact in the Legal 500 over several years and has previously been quoted in the Financial Times and other publications for commentary on key immigration developments.
