Mahin received his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Exeter in 2021. During his law degree, Mahin gained a variety of human rights experience through volunteering with AMERA International, the Open Rights Group, Human Rights Pulse and the Law in 60 Seconds. Mahin started work with the firm in October 2021. Following successful completion of the SQE and qualifying work experience, Mahin qualified as a solicitor with Helen Smith Immigration Limited in September 2024.
